We currently ship to:

- Australia
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times (Estimated)
New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Delays & Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, GRPD GEAR is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
GRPD GEAR is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us and needs to be resent.
