Returns & Refunds Policy

At GRPD Gear, we want you to love your gear. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for organising and paying return shipping
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • No restocking fees apply

Refunds will be issued for the product price only once the item has been received and inspected.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Photo or video proof is required before a return is approved
  • Remedies may include replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and customer preference
  • Faulty or incorrect items must generally be returned before a refund or replacement is processed, unless otherwise agreed
  • Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by GRPD Gear

We may assess each case individually, particularly for international returns, and will work directly with you to reach a fair outcome.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product only (e.g. sizing changes)
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are assessed case-by-case
  • All exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back

 

Sale Items & Bundles

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty
  • Bundle returns must include all items within the bundle
  • Partial bundle returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed

 

International Orders (New Zealand & Australia)

  • We accept returns from New Zealand and Australia
  • International return shipping costs are handled case-by-case
  • Any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable

 

Refunds

  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the customer’s choice
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please note that payment providers may take additional time to process the refund

This policy complies with:

  • The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for NZ customers

  • Refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above
  • Inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges
